We do not have a minimum order. Price is calculated depending upon your quantity requirements. This means cheaper prices for larger quantities.
What determines the price of each order?
There are many things that determine the price which includes quantity, size, colour, number of inserts required, paper types (local or imported), accessories used, etc.
Can you provide a pricelist or brochure of your catalogue?
We do not provide brochures, catalogues or price lists. Quotes are available upon request.
Why are the prices not stated on the website?
Since the order of each customer is unique and has different requirements, we quote according to the customisation. Our entire production and manufacturing process, starting from the designing aspects to the final finishing, are all done under one roof with sophisticated facilities. Hence, we are able to give you very competitive prices while maintaining a high quality standard.
How do I calculate card cost?
Browse through our catalogue of wedding invitation cards on this website, narrow down your selection to your most favourites, fill up the given feedback form, and send it to us. We shall be prompt in our reply providing you with all the necessary details.
Can we get samples?
Yes you can. Please feel free to visit our showroom, but you need to place a deposit in case you want to take the samples home. Please contact our marketing staff for further details.
What are your payment terms?
Fifty percent of the full payment is paid upon order confirmation and the balance along with the courier charges where applicable is paid once cards are ready.
What are the available methods of payment?
We offer a variety of payment methods such as Bank Transfer, MoneyGram, Western Union, Credit Cards, Direct Deposit, Cheque Payments, and of course, Cash. Note that payment is only considered received upon clearance of funds.
Are deposits and other payments refundable or transferable?
I’m afraid that deposits and payments are neither refundable nor transferable.

How fast can a rush order be completed?
That depends upon the design and model chosen.
Do you take international orders?
Yes we do. We have worked with clients from all around the world and have staff proficient in many different languages. We can even send our representative with samples to your country.
Do you do international delivery?
Yes we do. We work together with a few renowned courier companies and can give you competitive rates. Do note that Ken’s Collections will not be responsible for any damages that occur during shipping or courier transit or delivery.
Will I have to pay any other costs such as taxes/levies/custom duties/VAT when my cards arrive?
Different countries have different duty structures and taxes applicable on imports which we cannot specify or quantify. All such charges are to be paid by the receiver. The courier company automatically bills this amount and we don’t have any jurisdiction on this.
How do we track an order?
Once the shipment goes out, we send you an email with the airway bill number and website to track the shipments. You can go to this website and keep a track on your shipment.
Can you create the same design as per a sample I provide?
Yes, we can create something similar to your sample. Our studio is equipped with the best facilities allowing us to complete each order under one roof from designing to final finishing well suited to your desire.
What is your proofing procedure?
We provide you with coloured jpeg format proofs in card size. You can then suggest changes and alterations as required and we will re-do the proofs until they are approved. Once we get your approval, production begins. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that text, photos and content are correct. This includes grammar, spelling and punctuations. We do not take responsibility for customer omissions or errors. Proofing errors that have been signed off by customer that are to be reprinted will be at customer’s expense.
How do we send the text we want to have as our card content to Ken’s collections?
You can send text in a Word Document file.
Do you provide text templates for different occasions?
Yes, we do. Get in touch with our marketing staff that will be more than happy to send you some of these text samples.
Can you print the card in two or three different languages?
Yes, we can as long as you supply us with the document containing the text in all the languages required.
Is it possible to print a photo on our card?
Yes, of course it is possible but with an additional cost.
Can our cards be customised?
Yes, we can change design, colour, fonts, symbols, pictures or photos, etc according to your requirements.
Can you design something specifically for me?
Yes, of course we can. If you have something unique and specific in mind, we are happy to work with you, offer necessary advice and create the card or stationery you desire.
Can we meet the card designer?
Yes, you can visit our showroom and sit with our designer on a one to one basis and get your design done immediately.
Will the colour on the email proof be the same as the actual card?
Onscreen colours may appear slightly different from printed versions. However, Ken’s Collections takes no responsibility for some difference between onscreen and printed versions. There may also be subtle colour variations between each piece. This is not a fault but a natural effect of the printing process. We take pride in the quality of our work and assure you that all our cards are printed to meet the highest professional standards.
Can we provide our own photos?
Yes you can. Photos should be of 300 dpi to produce an optimal result. Low resolution images will produce an inferior result. Customer must be the copyright owner of all images supplied. Ken’s Collections will not be responsible for copyright claims of any images.
What happens I realise that I need more cards, after my cards are ready?
To avoid any inconveniencefor you, to be on the safe side, we always advise our customers to order an extra amount of cards before going into production. It is of course possible to add at last moment’s notice but ordering extra cards after production has begun will incur a higher cost.
Do you stock every kind of material needed to complete each order?
Although every effort is taken to have an adequate stock of supplies, there may be instances where materials required for your order may be unavailable. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the options available.

How long does the production take?
It takes up to a maximum of one month depending on the design of each order.
Do you provide plastic sleeves to protect the cards from getting dirty?
Yes, we provide plastic sleeves in order to preserve their condition. The wrapping is generally done by the customer once the invitee labels have been stuck on the cards.
Are paper colour and accessories exact replicates of their samples?
Papers and accessories (ribbons, tassels, etc) may sometimes vary from one lot to another, therefore a small variation of colours between original sample and actual product can be expected.
